Any suggestions? Anyone know of good flats?

Not much in the way of flats on St. Thomas, but you can fish from the rock coastlines and try your luck on catching some shallow water fish - jacks, maybe barracuda. There are some flats over on St. John, like Leinster Bay.

Catch and release - both jacks and barracuda here are major carriers of ciguatera so don't eat them!

Mangroves have bonefish but you have to check what's allowed as many locations are protected.
