My husband just got a new toy (casting net) that he's like to use in St. John. Any knowledge about if that's Ok - or possibly direct me to find such info?

the fishing boats come in to great cruz bay by the westin
and cast thier nets for bait fish for the next days outting
they use a 12' dia net and catch small fish about 3" to 4" long
they also fish for sea trout in the bay.
most guys fish for bones in mary creek or reef fish in
leinster bay off of annabreg point .
