I'm trying to obtain information about fishing charters in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. I'm looking for recommendations about the fishing charters for hire. I've been searching Internet and haven't had much luck locating available fishing charters.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
John
I don't know them personally but this company is based out of Crown Bay Marina. http://www.fishingstthomas.com/
I am pretty sure there are a few boats running out of there. If you contact the Marina the should be able to tell you of any other vendors there.

I always fish with Captain Gene Smith on the Reel Therapy.
We stay in St. John and he picks us up, so I can't imagine it should be a problem going with him from CA.
Really a terrific guy. Great fisherman and a very knowledgable about the Islands in general as he grew up on St. Thomas.
Its not cheap, but what is in the VIs?
thanks, I'll check them out.
[www.fishingstthomas.com] Capt. David Pearsall is a nice guy, experienced captain and I would recommend him. His boat "Peanut" is a cat hull which smooths out the Caribbean seas and makes for a nicer boating experience. (Unless it's a particularly brutal/windy day when NO boat can smooth out the rough seas and you're better off sitting at Tickles with a rum punch).
Most charters are out of the East End/Red Hook area so was curious why you specifically asked about CA? If you're staying on West End, Subbase, or CA area, Crown Bay Marina would be convenient for you.
Read an old e-mail of your re. David Pearsall, and wondered if you might know how I can get in touch with him by e-mail?
Thanks...
