I am looking for a good fishing trip for my husband and his friend in October. Does anyone have any experience with any? Or can you recommend anyone? I would especially like to hear from any of you locals out there who might know of someone good!

Melanie, if you are going to be on STT, try Capt. Gene at Reel Therapy. www.reel-therapy.com. He is a native islander, born and raised on STT, and knows all the best fishing places around the islands. He's a really nice guy and a lot of fun. Tell him and Jill, that Ron & Cheryl said "hello".

I've been fishing here for a little over 7 years, and I have tried several different charters, and, hands down, my favorite is Capt. Jonathan's "DoubleHeader". My WORST 1/2 day out with him was 13 Yellowfin Tuna and 3 Dolphin...

I highly recommend The Black Pearl. Capts. Jim and Mike are the best people and lots of great trophies to prove thier mettle.
