Was think about packing my Fly Rod for a few day's on the Island. I want to wade fish on my own (No Guide)
Are there places around the Island where I can park and find some flats to fish?

Thanks

I often see fishermen in the shallows of Leinster Bay.

BTW there's no "S" in St. John. We're kind of sensitive about that.

The "S" is an often made mistake...there is a "St. John's" in Anitgua...and in Canada...but no "S" here....It'd be like calling St. Thomas St.Thomas'...or, like calling New York New York's...make more sense now?

Here are the National Park rules and regs: http://www.nps.gov/archive/viis/rules.htm

The parking for Leinster is at Annaberg, usually plenty of space. The flats are actually in Mary's Creek. For fishing questions, talk to the folks at Neptune's in Red Hook: 340-775-0115.

Just got back from my first trip. Four days of drinking my morning coffee looking over Coral Bay and it was great.
You folks live in a magical place. Loved the driving on the left .It's practical.
Got to fish a few mornings but nothing .We got a couple hitched in between a few showers on Friday and that's what the Trip was all about.
Hope to back again
