Can someone tell me about Sea Cliff Villas and tell me what section of town it is located, further, how far is it from the airport and hospital. My is wife gonna be working at the hospital for 3 months and distance is important to where we stay.

sea cliff is in the southeast corner of the island (@bolongo bay).... will not be a bad commute to the hospital, the airport is about twice as far and you'll need to go through town ..... traffic at certain times of the day may make this commute seem longer than it actually is

To get to the Hospital from Sea Cliff you will have to go past the cruise ship dock at Havensite, through Mandela Circle[ formerly Malfunction Junction] get in the right hand lane to take a right at the Q.L. Home [the new detour] , go up to racetrack Road , negotiate a right hand turn at a light , past the High School, and main Post office and then enter the RLH parking lot - depending on time of day , cruise ships, school schedule I would budget anywhere fro 20 -45 min. - you will learn what times are shorter - very early AM, late PM etc.
Leaving the RLH - no detour - probably 15-20 min. barring unusual circumstances.
