Hello all, I am a new user, never used a message board. We are travel nurses coming to ST Thomas Dec through Mar to start with, never been to the VI. Would like advice from other RN travelers or anyone willing to share insight. Could use leads on 3 month furnished rentals and a car. Thanks in advance, and please forgive any breach of etiquette I may make, being new at this.
Welcome RN4Life! On this site you will find a lot of information on beaches, activities, restaurants, events... as it is a vacation planning site, but of course these are things people that live on the island get to enjoy too so you might click around on the St. Thomas drop down to see what recreational fun stuff await you on your days off from work!
We have a sister site to this one that is just about relocating and living on the island. It is called VIMovingCenter.com and on that site there is a message board too. One of the sub-boards is classifieds and you will find some posts there on apartments, condos for rent, used cars for sale - it will give you a place to start. Also read the general board, lots of topics there related to living on the island.
