How accurate is the ferry schedule on quick links?
I noticed that it list the ferry to Jost during the week. On past visits we found out the hard way that it only ran on Sunday.
We would like to avoid this from happening again.

I've generally found it very accurate. The ferry trips to Jost have been increased since you were last here. In any event it's always wise to call and check.

highly recommend that you call ahead on the bvi ferry schedules at which you see an asterisk denoting alternating trips among the service providers. also do call ahead especially if you are traveling on the first ferry in or back on a weekend. sunday in particular.

i've found lots of last minute changes based on demand in my personal experience.

just call the ferry company's number depending on where you are. the bvi or usvi numbers are usually listed. ferry info on this site, which is very convenient (upper right menu).

Hi. We just updated the ferry schedule page last week. All routes/ferries were updated with the exception of the Tortola schedules, we are waiting for replies from those ferry operators. We try to check/update the section every few months but in between that time and sometimes out of the blue things can change so if you are planning a day trip or trying to connect with a flight its always a good idea to call the ferry operator and double check close to the intended travel date, particularly if its a ferry that doesn't have a frequent schedule like the Jost or Virgin Gorda ferries.
