Hello All - Getting married in STT at the Wyndham Sugar Bay on July 3rd. The very next day (7/4) me and my guests of 13 would like to take the Red Hook ferry over to St. John for Carnival. But is it that easy? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are on STJ that same time so bear in mind the parade will be held on the 5th as the 4th is a Sunday. Have a wonderful wedding.
It will likely be busier than usual, but still an easy process.
Thanks guys for the post. Very excited and not so surprised about the festivities being on the 5th. However this will put us further away from Red Hook as on the 5th we will be at the Frenchman's Reef. I was looking at their Ferry schedule but not sure if I'm reading it correctly or not. Can someone tell me if the ferry at the Frenchman's Reef goes to St. John?
The little ferry at the Reef will take you to the waterfront in town from where (check out the ferry schedule top right of this page under "Quick Links") you can take the CA/St John ferry. However, do check the times carefully as the CA ferry doesn't run as frequently as the Red Hook ferry. They may put on an extra ferry or two for the STJ carnival but call and check.
