Is the ferry between Puerto Rico and St.Thomas back in service? Planning to do this route beginning of Dec. `06.
Are there ferries from Puerto Rico to other USVI or BVI?

There aren't any ferries between PR and USVI or BVI. You will need to fly.

Notice: May 2006, This Service is not currently operating. Contact Transportation Services (340)776-6282 for updates.

They will probably start back up when you need them!

Hello Lunia,

Transportation Services (340)776-6282 runs the St. Thomas/St. John to PR ferry. I gave them a call a couple days ago and they are suppose to start up again Nov. 23rd, a Thursday. Their schedule is going to be every 2 weeks leaving St. John at 5pm, St. Thomas at 6pm on Thursdays and returning from Fajardo PR on Sundays at 1pm. Takes 2 hours. Tickets are $100 rt and reservations are required. Give them a call to confirm when they are running in December so you can plan accordingly.
