*Is there a ferry from San Juan to St. Croix? How much does is cost per person?

No, there is no Puerto Rico to St. Croix ferry. There is an occasional Puerto Rico to St. Thomas ferry but it is from Fajardo not San Juan.

A "St Croix Source" article quotes the new "Island Lynx" ferry management as planning a "future" ferry run from San Juan to the USVI.

The only way to get from SJU to STX is on American Eagle, Cape Air, Caribbean Sun or Seaborne Airlines.

"future" ferry may mean anything or nothing. But I wouldn't hold my breath.
