My boyfriend and I are scheduled to fly into St. Thomas from Dallas, Tx Friday (9-16). We are schedule to fly out Wednesday (9-21). I have been obsessively searching the internet weather sites for forecast information. At this point I think I have been on every site know to man only to be left with some conflicting reports. Some say there will be periods of showers and a possible thunderstorm late in the afternoons on most days and others say there will be rain ALL DAY LONG EVERYDAY????????? Is it typical for rain to last all day long over a several day period or is the does the "normal" forecast for that area during the month of Sept. include chance of rain almost every day? Please tell me that our plans for fun in the sun arent going to be spoiled by rain and that are chances for sun are better staying home in TEXAS
Even though the islands are relatively small, it might be raining on one part and sunny just a few miles away. Unless there's a major storm you shouldn't get washed out.
There are no storms or tropical waves currently on the horizon and it's rare to have DAYS of rain on end. Pack your sunscreen - plenty of it.
Thank you both for your responses. I can not wait to get out of this laboratory grab a Bushwacker and hit the beach!!!!!!!!! :@)
