Hi All, we are a group of 40+ women looking for evening activities (7-9ish) for two of us while the other two do a night kayak activity. We are staying on the other side of the island near Red Hook so we all plan to taxi together to the Westin and two will go on from there. I have read that shopping closes by about 5pm so that is not a possibility, correct? We do like to walk but would want to be safe about it. Recommendations for live music/dancing that's not crazy young and crowded would be appreciated as well as any other ideas. The kayaking is offered every night except Saturday but we will likely go on a weeknight unless there is a good reason to do otherwise. Thanks in advance!

Are you staying on St. John or st Thomas ? Both are implied!
Sorry! We are staying on St Thomas (Sapphire Bay) and the kayaking activity leaves from the Westin Resort on Frenchman's Reef near Charlotte Amalie.
