our family is coming to st. thomas(all 8 of us) including our 2 grandaughters ages 3 and 6 respectively. we are staying in a 2 br plus at elysian. my wife and I already have tickets for a trip on the atlantis. are there any organized activities at elysian or close by for the youngsters.we are relatively new to the timeshare deal and my wife is really looking forward to this trip. i believe
that our 2 daughters are renting cars so it should be a little easier to get around. does anyone have any suggestions that would make the week go by a little smoother. please include info on dining. thanks for any help you can give.
There are two restaurants on the property: Bonnie's, which is on the beach, very casual. IMHO better for breakfast or lunch than dinner. The other is Robert's, which is one of my favorite places on the east end. Wonderful She Crab soup, BBQ shrimp with cheese grits, fish specials. They also have a great piano bar. There is another restaurant at the Anchorage, just down the beach and over some rocks called Arthur's, also very good and casual.
Thanks East Ender....We just got over the "DT's" from the She Crab soup, now we have to go though them again 🙂 some nights we have it just for dinner it's so good.
Bill...a couple of other things the youngsters may enjoy is, Corral World and the Bird Show at Paradise Point. Nice beach and pool on the property, you can rent non motorized things at the beach hut...snorkle gear, floats et.
We've owned at the Elysian since 1999 and look forward to you trip report.
10 months +/- to go 🙁
