I am going on a cruise the first week of September 2007. I am worried about the weather (hurricanes) . Has anyone been to there that time of year. We are porting in Tortola, San Juan, and St. Thomas.

The odds are greatly---GREATLY---against there being a hurricane in this part of the Caribbean during the week that you've scheduled. However, it is the peak of peak hurricane season and one of these years a hurricane will hit and early September is prime time for it to do so. I'd suggest you get some pretty good trip insurance, assume that everything will probably work out fine, but keep a close watch on the weather forcasts.

Angie,

If a hurricane is expected here during your cruise, your ship will divert elsewhere so you won't have a problem.
