Duty free shopping, means you don't pay sales tax on purchases, and that there is a set amount, $1200 dollars per person for purchases without customs fees. These things don't apply to rentals. Purchases of jewerly, electronics, alcohol....

Snorkeling is free, unless you take a tour or lessons. Equipment might run $7-$10 with a $25 deposit that you get back when you return the equipment. Waverunners might run $75-$100 for 30 minutes-1 hour.
