Can anyone tell me a little bit about the Duffy's Love Shack in St. John and the hours of operation.

Is it a fine hang-out. What kind of music does it offer? Any bands. Also, were is it on St. John. Cruz Bay or Coral Bay area.

Thanks for your help!
Sandy

Sandy,
Duffy's is open for lunch around 11:00 and closes around midnight or later depending on the crowd. There are no live bands but cd's are played. A good place to meet people and have fun.

As Pamela said, it is a lot of fun and really easy to get to by foot.
Our problem has always been getting away from (by foot or otherwise)

Is Duffy's a bar that caters to adults only, or is there a section that is a restaurant that kids can come to. It looks like a neat building that our son would love. Especially the swinging bridges.

It's kid friendly at lunch and maybe through happy hour but at night things get a little much for kids - at least in the St. Thomas location and can't imagine it is any tamer at St. John. Body shots, that sort of thing and lots of adult beverages!

As Pamela said, during lunch it will be OK for kids, but once the sun goes down, so do inhibitions! I wouldn't take a kid there! Haha! Then again, everyone says that I act like a kid when I go there, so.....
