Hi all...
Was looking online and saw that there is a Duffy's and Cafe Wahoo in both Cruz Bay and in Red Hook.
Is that the case?
If so, any preferences?
Also, any input on how safe and how far of a walk from Sapphire Beach Resort to Red Hook at night?
Thanks...
Can't wait to go...
Sept. 8th, counting the days...

Since whatever you read, there is no longer a Cafe Wahoo in St. Thomas. It is now called Off the Hook. Duffy's is popular on both islands.
To walk from Sapphire to Red Hook is OK, but a little dangerous as there is no sidewalk and that area is like a Nascar Speedway. Mostly people rushing to catch the ferry!

We ate at Cafe Wahoo in Cruz Bay during our visit in April...nothing special. Food was fine, service was sloppy and slow, place was a mess. Located in the old Pusser's space. We had better experiences on St John at Lime Inn, Morgan's Mango, Fish Trap and Shipwreck Landing.

We had drinks waiting for the ferry at Off the Hood (previously Cafe Wahoo) in Red Hook. Staff was very nice, menu looked good, but we didn't eat there so no opinion on the food. Looked very similar to the old Cafe Wahoo...

FWIW
