Dream Come True is brand new house and entered the rental market in 2005, so I don't know how many rentals it's seen so far. As one of the very few direct beach access houses on STJ, it immediately started booking heavily, which is fairly unusual for a brand new house. I have rented from caribbean Villas and their easy to deal with and the rental contract has better cancellation limits compared with most other agencies. Deavers is a pebble (means rocks) and sand beach like almost all southshore beaches. It's nicer than Chocolate Hole. I was looking at it myself, but I'm off to Costa Rica instead.
