YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET A PERSON WHO TREATS YOU GOOD THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE, I HAVE NEVER HAD A EXPERIANCE LIKE THIS THEY WERE AWEFUL TO ME ANDD MY HUSBAND WHEN THEY SCREWED UP. DONT BOOK WITH SPIRIT SAVE THE 10-2O DOLLARS AND FLY WITH ANYONE ELSE!!

Hope you didn't yell at them like you are at us. When dealing with airline screwups (whether it be theirs or yours), you do get more flys with honey. Use Spirit all the time to get to Florida and never had a problem.

We've used them 3 times to STT and once to Vegas. Never a problem!!!! Always had great service and very low prices.

We also had a pleasant experience and good rates with Spirit, they came highly recommended from regulars that travel in and out of VI's all the time. Sorry you had a bad experience, and I will note it...but I plan, at this point, using them again.

I would be willing to bet your efforts at hurting business for spirit would have been better served by posting a single rational message detailing your troubles. The spamming of the board with your endless rants leads me to believe you are probably a difficult person to deal with, thus has not changed my opinion of spirit at all.

In any event I do hope you get your issues with spirit worked out.
