Hello again from Texas,
I was wondering if anyone can tell me about Dohm's Water Taxi. I'm thinking of using them to get to Tortola from St. Thomas.
My delima is that my flight is coming in too close the time the last ferry leaves for Tortola. I just want to feel comfortable about the company. I'll be spending a lot of money by using them and if they don't show I will be standing at the dock as my Catamaran Vacation sails away without me and tossing away $6K. Thanks for any input.

I usually stress out about tight connections. We once used them to get from STJ to STT for an 8AM flight. They said they'd be at the dock at 5:30, but they were actually at the dock before we were! So I was able to relax and enjoy those last few minutes in paradise. Despite all the talk about "island time", most businesses that deal with travelers make every effort to get you where you need to be on time.
I think you'll be fine.
