I'm hoping somone here can help me out! I need someone traveling between St Thomas and Philadelphia to carry one small dog in the cabin of any flight this month. My dog will have all necessary health certificates, etc. I'll meet you at the STT airport with the dog properly bagged and my wifre will meet your flight in PHL to take possession.

If you're either visiting St Thomas this month or just traveling to Philadelphia and would be willing to do this on your trip, please let me know ASAP. One dog has already gone back with my wife, but we have two more who will have to travel back. Because of airline regulations of one pet-per-passenger, I can only take one with me when I make the final trip back in early July. The alternative is for me to spend a lot of money to make a special round-trip-and-back journey and I'm hoping that someone can help me out.

Please PM me if you can assist. Of course I'll pay the airline pet fee for the dog and compensate you for your trouble. Thanks!

Maybe you could open up your required area and look into airports that are driving distance from Philly even if it means 6+ hours or so for your wife - I totally would drive to any airport to pick up my "girls"

Concur, Pia! Checked with the OP who currently works for me (I'm sorry to see him leave!) and Newark is also an option. Feelers are out all over the place and I have a good feeling about this and hope that it can work out. The little bitty dog travels in cabin under seat and simply needs a chaperone. She's spayed so doesn't need a prom chaperone (!) just a traveler chaperone. To the best of my knowledge she doesn't drink or get drunk either. Just a little pooch looking for an accompanied airline ride. Cheers!

Also check into Allentown, Baltimore and Atlantic City.

Allentown is only about 45 - 60 minutes from PHL.
Batimore about 2 Hours
Atlantic City is a very convenient airport and about 1 hour from PHL, maybe less on a good day.

I hope this works out for the little dog.

Check your PM - I am flying through Philly on July 5th and could possibly help out - it is a layover destination though so we would need to work out some details. I am leaving for St. John early tomorrow (21st). I'll check back here later today.
