Do cruise ships actually dock at St. John's??

No, but some anchor outside Cruz Bay.

My itenerary says Dock for St. John on the Jewel (NCL).

I believe you will be anchoring off shore and coming in on tender boats. Only very small boats can actually dock in St. John.

Chris might be right. NCL shows St Johns Antigua as one of it's ports of call.
