(tu)What's happening at the dock for the First Disney ship to dock ever.
Haven't seen any specifics, however in the past when ships were in port on St. Croix there was sometimes live music, dancing, vendors with souvenirs and local food/drink, entertainment along the lines of mocko jumbies. It's likely to be all of the above.

Got confirmation that cruise ship passengers arriving in Frederiksted, St. Croix will be met with music, dancing, mocko jumbies, vendors etc. as described in previous post.
More specifics: the entertainment will be in the morning and afternoon. This Friday is the first ship day of this season and the line up will include Rising Stars Steel Pan band, St. Croix Educational Complex Quelbe Band, St. Croix Heritage Dancers and Guardian of Culture Mocko Jumbies. The line up for the day Disney is in port in January should be similar to what is planned for this Friday.

muggs329, haven't heard any specifics for the line up in January for Disney. It should be similar to what was noted, with steel pan band, dancers, vendors and so on.
