Does anyone have a discount tip for our VI travels? You know, any coupons out there we don't know about, free stuff, money saving tips?

Here's mine, but I'm cheating because it's for BVIs....

There's a link to a free drink coupon you can print for the Willie T!

Coral World - http://www.coralworldvi.com/ there is a link in the top right corner for printing a coupon.

Paradise Point - drink discount coupon http://www.paradisepointtramway.com/coupon.html

Grab the tourist booklets in the airport baggage claim, they have coupons in them. Mainly the Places to Explore booklet.

I saw a 10% discount card for StJ for $19.95. It's suppose to give you a discount at several places. I found it at www.stjohnisland.com -just scroll down and it's on the left. Again, I don't know anything about it. Has anyone ever tried it?

At the Antilles resorts (sapphire, point pleasant, & more www.antillesresorts.com) you get 50% with your entertainment card. You can pick up an entertainment card at www.entertainment.com. Even if you don't have an entertainment card in your city/state it's worth the $35.00 +shipping when you can save $1000. Right now the cards are on sale for about $10 since they will expire in November. Now that's a great deal!!!

Also, if you mention the quickbrochures discount to antilles they will have tropic tours take you to your hotel from the airport free of charge! They usually say that you only get one discount but they'll go ahead and give it to you anyway.

Leeko, I have ALWAYS used my Entertainment card for the 50% off room rate at Sapphire - a VERY good deal! I think we paid something like $164 for a villa.

Last time I checked, Secret Harbor was also a 50% off resort with the Entertainment card.

I got my card via AOL - keyword "TA" for Traveler's Advantage. It's the same card you get from entertainment.com

Excellent tip.

Bruce, I'll have to ask about that 10% card for STJ. I wonder if you can combine it with Rotary Coupons (2005 coupons, of course - right, Islander).

Bluie: From the 2005 book: "These coupons are not valid with any other offer."

Thanks EE. I'll follow my own advice and take what is written as law. 😉

If you rent a car from Conrad's Car Rental in St. John via their website (www.conradcars.com), you'll get a 10% discount.

How do you get the entertainment book for the USVI. I tried by using St. Thomas, USVI and the zip code 00802. But nothing came up for the VI.

I'm guessing that they don't have one. Not all states/territories do.

I looked us this web site and since I live in the city of Falls Church, I went by to check out the place. The office was some recording studio named "Cue". I went in but noone came out of an office to see what was up. I even knocked on one office door because I could hear someone in there. Still no answer. I left but later called the number. I was told the guy who deals with that was in Fla. and would not be back for a week Very strange! I don't think I trust that place. I'm not sure he was legit!

Go here:

http://www.travelersadvantage.com/

and get a membership. You are allowed to cancel the membership within a certain period and get your money back. Not sure how long.
You'll get 50% off of Sapphire - maybe Secret Harbor (not sure about SH).

The membership pays for itself after one night of your stay.
