Cost U Less to Red Hook, you've got a few options. I've put a link to a Google Map with the route in blue for each.

1. Exit Cost U Less by turning right out of the parking area; then left onto Weymounth Rhymer Hwy (Route 38); Right onto Turpentine Run Rd. (route 32) which becomes Red Hook Rd. (but still is Route 32) - follow along to Red Hook. Map w/ Route 1

2. Exit Cost U Less by turning right out of the parking area; then left onto Weymounth Rhymer Hwy (Route 38); keep straight past the Tutu Park Mall entrance, the road you want to follow veers right (by Tillett Gardens) and becomes Smith Bay Road (but still is Route 38), follow to Red Hook. Map w/ Route 2

3. If there were traffic along Weymounth Rhymer Hwy and you wanted to avoid it you could Exit Cost U Less by turning left out of Cost U Less' parking area and past Home Depot, at Home Depot's exit turn left up Donoe Rd (route 39), Right on Donoe Bypass (route 40 which becomes route 42), follow that and then you'll take a very sharp left turn down Smith Bay Rd (route 38), follow along to Red Hook. Map w/ Route 3

As stated above there is only rt 38 or rt 32. These are not back roads. They are THE ONLY ROADS!!!!

I would recommend staying on Rte 38 - Route 32 is a rough stretch with lots of potholes as the cement plant is there and heavy trucks really keep it messed up. Cheers!
