Hello to All,

Is this restaurant still around? It was located where Chilly Billy's is located.
It was only opened for dinner.

If still open has any one had dinner there lately? Comments are appreciated.

Thanks,
Grace

Hello Chris,

Do you know if it's the same Chef?

Thanks,

Dinner with Andre has been gone for years and it is ten tables now.
I was Andres sous chef for over a year at Chloe and Bernards. He was the executive chef there for about tw years. I am the head head at Chloe and Bernrds at the westin.
I have a few dishes that were inspired by him. Good Luck.....Chris

Hello Chris Cody,

Thanks for the update. My husband and I had dinner there many years ago when they first opened and we were blown away by his food. My husband is not into french food but his food opened up all our taste buds. It was expensive but worth every dollar.

We were going to stay at the Westin but they were all booked the week we wanted.
We are now renting a villa in Coral Bay. We have never driven at night in St. John. I would love to dine at the Westin. (Chloe and Bernrds) Hopefully, we will make it down your way. I know it's only 8-10 miles but we will see.

Thanks again,
Grace

The night drive from Coral to Cruz is not really that bad. From Cruz to Westin is not bad either so it depends on where your villa is relative to Coral. I would not let it disuade your plans unless you intend to drink more than the legal limit. If that is the case, consider a taxi and party on!

Thanks, Grace.
If you do make it, make sure that you tell our server and I will try to do something special for you.
Working under Andre was interesting and very challenging but he is definately a French character and a good chef.
