Returning to St Thomas for the month of January (YAHOO) and want to take my friends on a trip to the Baths and Soggy Dollar, leaving from St Thomas. The last time I went was
probably six years ago and I think we took New Horizons out of Sapphire. All of the charters charge approximately the same amount, so I would like some more current recommendations. Who have you gone with recently and why would you recommend them? Thanks!

The most popular group excursions in powerboats that include Virgin Gorda are still New Horizons, Bad Kitty, and Stormy Petrel.

If you want to skip the Baths and have more time around Jost, Little Jost and Sandy Spit there are smaller operators with a 6-pax max like Island Wilson, or the Daydreamer catamaran out of Sugar Bay.

Dolphin Water Taxi spends all day on the beach at White Bay...no other stops. $60pp each way plus customs fees. Includes free beer and water onboard. Cheaper than the public ferry when you factor in the fact that you don't have to pay for a cab from the customs dock to the Soggy Dollar Bar.
