Which charter boat should I make a reservation with to take a day trip to the BVI's. I definetely want to go to the baths on VG, but beyond there I don't know much about. So based on location of stops, service, price, etc. which charter would you choose?

I would recommend either the New Horizons II or Captain Nautica. Both are great trips to the Baths, but they go their separate ways after that. CN goes to Nanny Cay on Tortola for lunch (which you will have to pay for), then to the Indians for some of the BEST snorkeling in the Caribbean. NH II leaves the Baths and goes to Maraina Cay for lunch (It's the 'Republic of Cuervo Gold"! And you will pay for lunch), then to Guana Island for snorkeling, then to the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke, so named because you have to swim/wade to get to it.

NH II 340-775-1171 ask for Holly

Captain Nautica 340-715-3379 ask for Parker

Between the 2, I like NH II better. Open bar all day and the Soggy Dollar is a great place!! Captain Nuatica is great, to. Their snorkel place is better, but the beach and the bar at Soggy is one of my favs. It's a "to each his own" type of thing. Would rather more snorkeling, or a better bar? Hmmm....that's a tough one!

I've heard alot of things about charter discounts. I've heard that their might be discount coupons in books on the island, is this true?

Brian... we stayed at Sapphire Beach & took the New Horizon's boat trip.
(we got the coupon outta the Budget rent-a-car booklet of coupons)
We were on the sailboat, & had the best time ever!!!
If you want to go to the baths, then you need to book with the New Horizon's II.
Have a great time!! Make sure to book in advance, they fill up real fast!
