Looking for ideals on how to not overspend and get my money's worth when I visit st. thomas. This is my first trip to an island! Thanks!

If you are going down before they expire, check with Ronnie about the Rotary Coupon books. You'll save enough that it will be cheaper to eat out than in.

The 2003 Dining Out Booklet is a joint effort of the Rotary East Club of St. Thomas and Rotary St. John. It’s being done to benefit their respective scholarship programs.

Most of the coupons are buy on, get one free.
Here is the breakdown:
St. John Lunches:
Woody’s Seafood Saloon
Starfish Market Deli
China Shack
Richard’s Grill

St. John Dinners:
La Tapa

St. Thomas Lunches:
Bonnie’s By The Sea
Hook, Line, and Sinker
Blue Moon Café
Grateful Deli
Burrito Bay Deli
Bottoms Up
JKays in Tillet Gardens
Coconuts Bar & Grill
Iggie’s
Delly Deck

St. Thomas Dinners:
Bonnie’s By The Sea
The Tuscany Grill
Bottoms Up
Dotties Front Porch
XO
The Bolongo Beach House
Iggies
Frigate East
Robert’s American Grill
Delly Deck
Deano’s Bar & Grill
Mafolie
Tavern on the Waterfront
Glenda’s Caribbean Spot

The cost is $20.00 plus S & H of $1.50

Since I belong to the St. John Rotary Club, I will say to send a check to me, made out to The Rotary Club of St. John for $21.50 and I will mail you one! Currently in St. John you can get them, while they last, at The Rolling Pin, Pampered Pause Nail Salon, Kaleidoscope Video, Connections, Richard’s Grill, from Kim at The Friends of the Park, and Appliances Plus. Also any Rotarian from St. John should have them.
In St. Thomas, you can find them at the Color of Joy across the street from The Elysian Hotel, East End Secretarial Services, Home Again, all on the East End of St. Thomas, at SRI at Havensight, or any Rotarian from Rotary East.

Ron,
I was reading the reviews and helpful suggestions that you, and several other locals, have offered those of us who are planning to visit STT, and was surprised to see that a discount Dining Out Book was available.
I would appreciate any assistance you can lend in obtaining one. I am planning to visit in Jan. 2004, and this would be quite a savings....
Please let me know if it would be acceptable for me to either send you the $$ for this book - along with shipping cost , or if not, please provide me with an address for the Rotary East Club of St. Thomas and Rotary St. John so that I might contact them.
Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
