We are chartering a catamaran this coming February out of Tortola and plan to cruise the bvi’s and usvi’s. We are planning to visit the Lime Out floating taco bar in Hansen Bay. My question is if we are coming from the bvi’s and we want to stop for lunch as long as we don’t go ashore are we required to go thru customs first before stopping?
