Hello, we just got back from our annual trip and of course had an amazing time. I'm convinced though, that even in the past year, the roads have taken a beating and I'm not sure I want a full-size sedan next year. We rented a Nitro from Cool Breeze on STJ and loved how it handles the hills, bumps and turns.
While I normally rent from Avis in the airport, it looks like they have no 4 door wranglers or bigger available. Has anyone rented a larger car from there?
I know I'll get a bunch of varying responses, but just curious as to where you rent your 4 door wrangler or larger SUV from.
A Durango - not a Nitro, but a 7 passenger SUV nonetheless.
I rented a 4 door Jeep wrangler from Avis at the STT airport this past Dec. 7th-15th, and am renting the same from them again this Saturday May 31st for another 8 days. I'm not sure, but their fleet of jeeps may be limited as to why availabilty may be really limited (I did verify that they do not have 2 door jeep wranglers).
