I'm coming to St. Thomas at the end of this week and staying for a week and I would just like to know what the beaches and water are like right now and if they are not great how long does it typically take after a storm like this to get back to normal. I appreciate any help!
Thank you!

Since there is still considerable rain the runoff into the ocean continues and most beaches have some erosion and the water is murky if not muddy brown - it usually takes 2 days of calmer conditions for the sediment to settle and if there is construction upstream somewhat longer.
