Hi. I'm considering this location for a stay in late October. Have you heard anything negative about it? Thanks!

I know someone who owns one of the condo's there and it is very nice. I am willing to bet though that each one is probably different.
I can assure you the beach is picture perfect!
It's right next to the The Sapphire Beach resort which always has something going on entertainment wise.

Kim, is right the spot is lovely, pretty quiet... basically a dozen or so cottages in a semi circle around a small lake and facing the beach. Each cottage is going to be a little different based on the owners interior design/likes/decor. But it is a nice spot, beach is very close you can walk to it for a early morning swim or evening stroll.

Hi Jenn,

My husband and I just got a condo over there and it is a really nice place to live. The beach is also really nice. I think you would really like it 🙂

Kelly:

My husband and I are thinking of buying a condo on STT. Can you give me some information such as who your real estate agent was, do you rent and who your management company is, how often the place gets rented, and anything else you think I would need to know. What are your thoughts as to the real estate market in general down there right now as compared to 10 years ago or in your opinion do you think your condo will appreciate in the next 10 years. Any opinion would be appreciated. Thanks.

Theresa
