I've not stayed there, but have rented a house across the street from them twice. Before you book, try to get as much information on the noise from SirenUSA as possible. CV is right next door to it and in 2006, it was LOUD and we had a half a hill of space between us the the work that was being done.

I stayed in Unit 1 back in May 2006. The unit needed a bit of updating, but overall was a good place to stay for the money. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (steep hill), but the walk back is not so fun. I wouldn't recommend it.

we've stayed in a few of them. #10,#1,#4. we've always enjoyed our stay there. # 10 is our favorite but they all are well taken care of. nice pool and view and yes, you can walk into town, if so inclined !!
