Please tell me that I am not the only person who keeps looking at the Cruz Bay Dock Cam every day and just torturing myself with the view of Cruz Bay, Gallow's Point and the ferry dock? I swear, I can almost hear the lapping of the water on the sand and picture myself stepping off that dock, onto the sand and walking over toward Panni Beach!

Sometimes at work, when I'm doing something mindless and boring, I'll open up the webcam on my computer desktop and just stare at the view while I stuff envelopes or whatever other mundane job is at hand. It makes the time go faster and I like to guess where those people in the dinghys are headed to 🙂

Kathleen - you just made me feel better. I have it up in a browser on my desktop at all times. I check it constantly and update my family whenever something is happening (weather, ferry docking/departing, people embarking/disemebarking, etc.). They think I'm nuts!

I'm hoping I have one of those Twilight Zone moments where the guy thinks about it so often and then wakes up in the town.
Go ahead and laugh but if you see someone jumping up and down on the dock waving at the camera...

You have all confirmed what I long expected...

I am not the only person who went to STJ and CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT IT!!!!

I just check on my little island a few times a day by watching the cam of the dock and to see the people getting off the ferry and California Girl, I do wonder what beach they are off to when they rent a dinghy! I see how the weather is and of course it's usually beautiful and it just seems so close but yet... so far away, hahaha! Glad to know that I have company in my madness!!!!! I was just there in July so I can't seem to ween myself off the cam just yet...
