We rented a jeep from them on our trip in 2008. No problems, staff was pleasant even when I lost the key and needed a replacement. Parked in their lot several times when coming to town. That was before they moved to their new location.

We rented from them a few years back at the old location. The best thing at that time was the location. At the time there vehicles were older and very used even smelled musty. Though that was not the BAD experience with them. When we first got the vehicle we went out and did the usual inspection with them and I kept pointing out scratches, scrapes and such. The guy kept telling me that it was fine not to worry about it. That was all fine, but when we went to turn our car back in a week later the same scratches and scuff were a big deal. It was a younger guy that checked us out so I don't know if he was having a bad day or what or if that is a normal scam they pull. T He said they would be in touch with me and my insurance company. I started to walk away and then thought of taking some pictures of the vehicle. I called my insurance when I got home and they weren't concerned and when I called back to Courtesy to talk to the owner/manager and he said it was fine. Who knows. Not a good ending to an awesome vacation. We are coming back in May and will not rent from them, but mostly because of their new not so convenient location.

We have rented from Courtesy for the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is super friendly, the jeeps are all relatively newer models, you can park in their lot whenever you want and they will pick you up and drop you off at the ferry. Although they've moved a bit farther from the ferry it's only an additional 3 minute walk from the old spot. This year for one of our weeks we needed an additional vehicle for the family and they went above and beyond finding booster seats because the kids were too big for the car seats. We think they are great and will use them again next year.
