This site mentions that there are 14 condos and 3 in development on St. John. Does anyone know where I can get a complete list of existing condos and any information on the ones in development, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't answer your question but in a fatherly way I must express: Unless money is no object "buy with your head and not your heart". Timeshares and I don't know but suspect "fractionals" are similar DO NOT APPRECIATE! I own two timeshares on St Croix and am extremely happy but I studied for months and took some advice. Number One advisory was never, ever, ever, buy a timeshare or fractional from a "developer". Do you really want to pay 20,000 to 90.000 bucks for a weeks of vacation? You can buy them resale for a dime of the dollar...or less. Like I said, If money is no object then it machts nichts. Lot's of studying to do before you take any plunge in real estate.

Good Luck!

Ditto Sandcrab buy from the resale market. We bought ours from the developer only to find out it would have cost us a fraction of what we paid from some people who are desperate to get out of their time share contacts. The only freebie we got was a $25 dinner coupon. A lot of time shares now give you deeply discounted or free nights. Stay at the time share before you purchase and talk to the other owners before you buy. Look into how the management company spends it's money because you are locked into escalating maintenance fees.

Send me a private message if you will, as my husband is a realtor here on STJ and he will be able to provide you with a complete list of what is available.
