Anyone familar with the Condos at Cowpet Bay east? Proximity to the beach, bars nearby, etc.?

Depending on which building you are in the beach is a short walk down one (or two) flights of stairs from the beach. There is a beach bar that serves food as well as well as Robert's. Anything else would require transportation. We always rent a vehicle rather than relying on taxi cabs.
