I remember knowing that they opened the restaurant at Concordia some while ago. Certainly is a great location. Haven't notied any comments on it and wondered how it was working out.
Lex,
I'm surprised no one responded to this. I too am interested in this.
Reason being, my sister and brother-in-law are captains and spend their retirement years teaching and charging people to reposition their new boats (they are brokers also). Last year they helped a guy sail/navigate his sailboat from Ft. Myers, FL to St. John. They ate at either Concordia or Maho Bay restaurant and said it was good and good company. Sure would like more info and this restaurant.
There is a great restaurant at Maho. I haven't heard anything about one at Concordia.
There's been a restaurant at Maho for years. I love their breakfasts and their dinners are okay. The restaurant is one of the best locations on the island.
Maho will be losing their lease in a few years and Stanley is building up Concordia. They've opended a restaurant recently:

I haven't seen any posts from anyone who's eaten there and was wondering how it's working out.

Actually it was your questions that reminded me of it. It's over not so far from where you'll be staying.
i had a very nice, moderately priced dinner there last nite...$18 for a rib eye wi. grilled vegetables. Nice venue, nice views, pleasent breezes. Go and support it...it will only get better.

I went to a presentation thee and they had a selection/samples of food and it was really, really good 🙂

We'll definitely being trying it out. Like to support them!
I have read that on Monday nights ( and maybe Tuesdays as well) it's grill-on-your-own night, where you choose the cut of meat/fish and then grill it yourself with the chef's advice. i thought that the prices looked really reasonable....
