A friend and I are going to be in St. Thomas May 13-26. I was just wondering if there is usually a lot of rain this time of the year. I have a couple BVI trips booked. So I am hoping the weather will be good for them. Thank you
What BVI Trips did you book? We will be there 5/21 - 5/28 and I haven't booked anything yet. Just curious what you booked and why? I'm having a hard time deciding. I think one is going to be Calypso to JVD - seems you spend the most time on JVD on that trip. I'd appreciate any advise/research you are willing to share.
From what I am told about the weather, if it rains, its not a whole day wash. Sun will come back out again ....
Generally by May rain isn't a problem. I lived there a few years ago and even though it was an unusually rainy spring, May only had a few brief warm showers.
Make great memories,
Connie
Good choice on calypso for JVD. I think they spend more time there also. I also booked with Pirate's Penny for the baths and cooper island tour. They anker out in the water so you don't have to take a bus to get to the baths. They were recommended through the people I am renting the condo from.
Thanks. I think we will do the same thing. Have a fun trip.
