Cloud 9 management company and their villas have come highly recommended to me, but I have never been able to coordinate my schedule with theirs.

I highly recommend Marcy and Cloud 9 Villas. She is actually my favorite management company we have rented through. We stayed at Sundance last August. Great rate, villa was clean and everything worked. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It's not a brand new or fancy villa, but just basic and fully airconditioned which was great. An easy drive from Cruz Bay. We had a few questions and Marcy was quick with answers. One night we couldn't get the a/c to work and she immediately started out to the house, but we figured out what we'd done before she got there. One of the couple's in a downstairs bedroom had pushed the wrong button!

The other villas we've stayed in have been much more upscale and truthfully, we got the worst service from the villa that was the most expsensive and nicest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cloud 9 and I've never read anything bad about them!

That's what I was just coming back to say -- the Cloud 9 villas aren't luxury, but honestly I have found even the less expensive villas are nicer than my house at home. I think it's the pool, gas grill and ocean views! Like I said, I have tried to rent from them and Marcy was a doll to work with, but their villas seem to go pretty fast. I like to spend the least amount possible on a villa that has the amenities I need, and Cloud 9's houses fit that bill. I also like to work with good management companies, because you always need to call them for something, even if it's to help you find the number for the ferry service, and it helps if they act like they want to help you!
