Has anyone stayed in a cottage at Cinnamon Bay Campground? What are the facilities like?

Thanks.

I have stayed there a few times. To the say the best they are really like getting BACK TO NATURE. But it is nice to do that sometimes. But it is not for me.

My daughter stayed there in '07. She and her friends were on spring break and had a blast. But, remember... these were 20 yr. old kids who were out to party and get crazy!! They slept in tents and said it was OK. The 'cottages' were very simple and bare bones. Overall, I felt like it was a safe place with BEAUTIFUL beaches and appropriate accommodations for what you pay for.

Watch out for the BUGS!!

The cottages at Cinnamon are concrete rooms with beds - some are steps from the beach -- It is still camping but it is a great campground facility.
The Maho Bay cottages are canvas cottages on wooden platforms spread throughout a hillside with wooden staircases up and down to facilities and beach. They do however have a cooking facility inside each cottage and a deck for dining.
