I am thinking about renting a cell phone while I am there. They use Cingular. The guy I talked to said that the signal on STJ was pretty good with a few dead spots here and there. Anybody have any experience with Cingular on STJ? If we are going to spend the money I want to make sure I am going to be able to use it. Main purpose would be in case of emergency while out and about, need a jump start, etc.

The Westin is a dead spot for Cingular.
