Hey, if your'e goin to ahve that gross habit, be prepared to pay the big buxk. Quit, it'll save you money. Then yooou cna go to the islands more with theat money

I know you can pay for a trip by quitting!!! And have money for jewelery! I was a long time 2 pac a day gal, spent most of my life making sure I had cigarettes, lighter, worried about the closest exit to the airport to have that last smoke & I kept reading in our local paper about a chain called Positive Changes Hypnosis, I kept putting it off because I had tried it before going to a Dr & one of the group classes that come to town. This place really works so see if you can find one in your area, Iam such a firm believer I was ready to open a franchise somewhere! The way it works is you go for 9 weeks, twice a week with lots of follow up and take home help. I'm telling you it is stress free, and after 2 sessions I felt as if I had never smoked mentally ( physically my lungs told me different) and NO I don't have money invested with them ! Everyone has to make that decision on their own but keep this in mind if you can find one in your area. Good Luck!

In light of the recent loss of Peter Jennings, and the announcement that Dava Reeve and their lung cancer, it would behoove everyone to consider quitting! Just a thought.
