Hello all,
Can anyone comment on the construction status at the pond bay development site? We were looking into renting ebb tide in July which looks to be right next to the site. Any thoughts about this villa or chocolate hole appreciated.

Here's the CHocolate Hole webcam, the construction area is just beyond the upper right hand corner of the bay but you can see a tiny bit of the site. It is in real time...

Thanks for the replies! That would be good if it were on hold. The web cam is so neat! What a pretty area. I wish I could steer the web cam over to the right a bit more 🙂 We have never been to St. John and can't wait !!!! Thanks again.
They had the ceremonial ground breaking recently. People that I know who stayed there lately said that there was good bit of activity onsite, clearing and grading was done, building materials were being delivered and that the sales office was in place. From the Catered To site it looks like Ebb Tide is nearby the site. I would call the management company and ask the question.

Just worked at Villa STJ this weekend for a wedding, and passed by a dozen times. Right now it looks like just grading and laying pipe. Heh heh. Definitely big things to come soon...
