All-
I'm looking into the Chez Shell villa for a June visit. Any one stayed here before? I've heard nothing but good things about using vivacations, but thought i would see if there is any input on this villa.

We stayed at this villa twice. It is lovely. Good location. Viva Vacations very nice to deal with.
Two queen bedrooms upstairs and one king downstairs. There is no pool which we decided
we wanted for this year with teens. The decorating is very attractive. Downstairs has a separate
kitchen and small living area. It was quiet at night. You cannot go wrong with this villa if you don't
require a pool..
