I rented from Conrad Sutton..Havent actually gone yet but they have been quite responsive to my needs....

I would recommend St. John Car Rental. They are super friendly, have good, reliable vehicles and you can park in their lot in Cruz Bay if you rent from them. Saves the hassle of driving around trying to find a space.
I would second the vote for St John Car Rental. Just got back 2 weeks ago and got a really nice Jeep with less than 2000 miles on it. Good service and parking for Cruz Bay.
