Car rental desk at Sapphire Beach Resort?

Does anyone know if you can rent a car at Sapphire Beach Resort at the "front desk"? With the decline of the resort, we are not sure what services are available...

You can call budget and set it up so you can get your car at Sapphire Beach. We originally going to do this, but we found out that with renting our villa it was more convenient to rent from the airport. You will save on airport taxes.

There is a car rental desk (Budget) in the lobby. It is manned daily

Besides Budget, there was a great girl setting up trips.We booked New Horizons II day trip to Baths and Jost from her. Very nice & helpful
