I heard that certain car rental agencies would rent to persons under 25 who possesed an american express card...anyone know the names of the agencies..thanx

My son rented a car several weeks ago on St Croix. He is 24.

I think the rental company he used was Budget. Contact them. If they say they won't then post again and I will double check with my son on how and who he rented the car.
